His professional coaching background began while he was Vice President of a Fortune 100 company coaching professional sales and service managers across the Western United States. As an independent contractor, he returned to school to learn more about change management, organizational development and coaching, adding new tools to his consulting business. Greg was certified by the International Coaches Federation in 1998 and was among the first to complete the highly acclaimed leadership program at the Coaches Training Institute. Greg continues his professional and personal growth through active membership in various professional organizations. Greg is a native San Franciscan, raised in a Catholic family and knows what it is like to "hide" behind an image of a "good boy" living under someone else's standards.
