For over 20 years, he's worked at both large and small companies, as well as various not-for-profit organizations. He has extensive experience in various operational & creative areas, including retail, catalog, e-commerce, customer service, and product development. In addition, JP has faciltated groups and led training sessions both for AIDS beneficiary agencies, as well as in large corporations in the Bay Area. His focus has been on interpersonal relationships, career counseling, and management development.
